Plans and limits
The table below is built from the same plan table the API enforces, and so is the pricing page at vaif.studio/pricing, so they never disagree. The pricing page also shows each plan’s uptime target and single sign-on.

What happens at a limit
Section titled “What happens at a limit”Limits are enforced by the API, not by the console. When a request would go over a plan limit, the API refuses it with 403 and a message naming the limit, and the rest of your project keeps working.
Limits and overages
Section titled “Limits and overages”Verament credits: on every plan, AI pauses once the month's included and purchased credits are used — we never charge for AI you did not agree to. Buy a credit pack at any time, or turn on auto top-up on a paid plan: when your credits run out we charge your card for one pack at a time, up to a monthly cap you set, and email a receipt each time. We email you at 70% of your monthly credits and again if AI pauses. Monthly active users: Free is hard-capped at the included allowance. On Starter, Pro, Agency, Studio+ and Enterprise, traffic above it is served and flagged rather than blocked. Dedicated PostgreSQL storage that grows past the instance's included storage is billed per GB-month. No other usage is charged per unit, and excess usage on a contract tier is reconciled with us directly.
Check your usage
Section titled “Check your usage”Organization settings › Usage & limits shows every meter against its limit for the current period. The same numbers are in the API, with a console access token:
